These Terms & Conditions apply to all students and parents enrolled in Norulamal Online Academy.
Welcome to Norulamal Online Academy, an online educational platform dedicated to providing high-quality Quran, Arabic, and Islamic studies education for non-Arabic-speaking students around the world.
Norulamal provides live one-to-one online classes delivered by qualified teachers through digital communication platforms.
By enrolling in Norulamal classes, parents and students agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fairness, clarity, and smooth communication between students, parents, teachers, and Norulamal.
Enrollment in Norulamal services is made by a parent or legal guardian for students under the age of 18.
By enrolling a student, the parent or guardian confirms that they have the authority to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the student.
Norulamal provides online educational services including but not limited to:
Classes are conducted online using video communication platforms.
Norulamal does not guarantee specific memorization outcomes or timelines, as progress depends on the student's participation, effort, and attendance.
Students may choose between 1 to 7 classes per week depending on their subscription plan.
Class length is determined by the selected plan:

Norulamal will make reasonable efforts to maintain consistent scheduling.
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 3 hours notice before the class.
Makeup lessons must follow these rules:
There is no fixed monthly limit for rescheduling as long as these rules are respected.
Teachers receive two days of holiday for each Eid (Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha).
These days are normally not rescheduled.
Rescheduling may occur only if:
No additional paid holidays are applied to teacher schedules.

If the plan price is £5 per lesson, and the month includes 13 lessons:

Payments must be made in advance on the 1st of each month.
For new students: After the trial classes, parents pay only for the remaining lessons of the first month. From the following month onward, the standard monthly payment schedule applies.

Parents may request a refund at any time.
Refunds are calculated based on the unused lessons remaining in the month.
The refund amount is calculated by deducting the value of completed lessons according to the per-lesson price of the plan.

Parents may stop enrollment at any time. However, Norulamal appreciates one month’s notice to allow better teacher scheduling.
If Norulamal is temporarily unable to provide a teacher, parents may choose one of the following options:

If a teacher misses a class, the student will receive a free makeup class.
Makeup classes are allowed if the parent informs Norulamal at least 3 hours before the class. Makeup lessons must:
